Are Pet Stains Included?

What if I offered you a great deal to paint your car and house but used the same paint on both? Unfortunately in the carpet cleaning industry this happens more often than not. Please allow me to explain.....

Pet stains require the carpet to be cleaned THREE times. First with the pet stain treatment, then with the regular cleaning, next with the disinfectant. If you read the labels on the cleaners each require the products to be RINSED and EXTRACTED from the carpet between each step. When a company says they include the treatments in the service they are being dishonest because they are A> flat out lying or B> use a general cleaner and don't actually treat the pet stains.

I don't know anyone who will work three times as hard and three times as long for the same amount of money. Sadly, they are just cutting corners. Some companies make these claims because they hire literally anyone off the street who couldn't identify a pet stain to begin with. They rely on doing as many jobs as possible in a day and paying the workers next to nothing. Do you really want someone like that in your home?

On another note: If the company doesn't carry disinfectant, how are they disinfecting the machine between homes?

Even though a small number of homes require special treatments, you're no way obligated to have any work performed once our technicians have arrived. We'll be happy to leave our estimate at no charge to you or alternatively clean as you request. In rare circumstances we have no choice but to leave an estimate because cleaning over pet stains, especially when inside of the pad, can cause more harm than good. Imagine stepping on a wet sponge. Same concept. We'd rather walk away without a penny than have an upset customer over the quality of the cleaning!! We'll let our competiors deal with the headaches! (They're use to it, we're not!)

Let me put it like this. We charge the same for pet stain treatments as everyone else who does it right. The difference is we charge $9.99/room for our basic cleaning and they charge $29.99/room - $59.99 per room You save $20-$50 PER ROOM right off the bat!

We fix this problem a lot! If the company didn't peform a UV inspection how can they see the pet stains? Unfortunately for every stain you see there are usually 5-12 more you DONT! I've seen spotless carpets COVERED in pet stains!

Another senario may be the damage in the backing of the carpet and the carpet pad. Think about this for a moment, what's under your carpet? A giant sponge! Usually when odor occurs most of the problem comes from within the carpet pad itself. This can be addressed by extracting the urine with a spotting claw or replacing the pad and cleaning both sides of the carpet.
