Please note: Rooms Over 200 sq. ft will be counted as 2 areas as well as livingroom/diningroom or other combination rooms. Stairs, walk in closets and hallways are considered separate areas. Small closets and hallways may be included at the technicians discretion. One $15 trip charge will be added for basic service cleanings. Trip charge is waived for standard service.

Movable furniture does not include beds, dressers, bookshelves, pianos, entertainment centers, electronics, pool tables or furniture that cannot be safely placed back on top of wet carpet. For the saftey of your furnishings and our technicians, furniture is moved at the technicians discretion.
